Super friendly and helpfull staff (check out early morning, man on reception was very nice, he helped us with bags and everything). Tidy apartment, new equipment, great location. Might book again in the future.

We had a lovely stay at Serry Beach Resort. The property is beautiful, with a stunning pool and beach that made for the perfect relaxation spot. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our time here and are already looking forward to returning. Highly recommend!

Our recent stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Their customer-centric approach really stood out, making us feel valued at every step of the way. The buffet offered a wide variety of options, catering to all tastes and preferences. The food was not only plentiful, but also delicious, with each meal of the day. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, we were always excited to see what was on offer, and the quality exceeded our expectations every time. Overall, our experience was beyond pleasant. The combination of amazing service, a fantastic food selection, and a comfortable environment made for a memorable stay. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends and family and look forward to returning in the future. Highly recommend!

    Cats, cats and cats, as cat lover, I most enjoyed playing and feeding the beautiful cats there, please keep them and give them more care. Cruise to Giftun island was wonderful. Staff was helpful and cheerful even when they look more in a rush, last year, it felt like they work more comfortably.
