The hotel exceeded our hopes and Sorbas is a pretty village too. The breakfast was good with plenty of options.

Such a beautiful hotel in a beautiful village. Friendly welcome and fantastic service in the hotel bar. Wished we could have stayed longer.

Absolutely amazing, once-in-a-lifetime hotel experience. The historic building and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The staff is friendly and competent. The chef was excellent and dinner was one of the best meals I've had in Spain. The spa is simply too much for words, truly amazing. This is not the most polished hotel, but it is the most amazing I've ever stayed in.
