Hotel Staff very proffesional, communicative, approachable and helpfull (we were missing our luggage for 5 days, without the kindness of the hotel Staff we would feel miserable). The hotel facilities, room and location (2 steps off an immense sandy beach) are superb. Food (had breakfast and dinner) was amazing.

Great stay overall. Rodrigo and Raul were fantastic—super helpful and friendly. The pool and jacuzzi were a highlight—clean, relaxing, and well-maintained. Would definitely return.
