Very helpful staff and clean hotel rooms

Location was great. Hotel was beautiful and clean and Alex was super helpful, kind and provide us with the best recommendations.

Everything was perfect. Location…Great!!!!

Very close to the beach. Got a room with great view to the sea. The lady (gray haired) at reception was extremely nice and helpful

The brautiful ceiling windows that bathe the duplex with light. The convenience of having two bathrooms in the room, as well as two T.V. sets. The quality of the pillows and the duvet. The courtesy snacks and drinks. The location and the views.

Excellent location, spacious modern rooms and the staff were so friendly and helpful.

Loved, loved, loved! The building is stunning. Our room was large and spacious with a view of the beach. Front desk was so kind and helpful to us. We will definitely be back.

very professional with top grade facilities. The state of the art gym was a bonus as pas the straight forward parking . The bar service was exceptional

Great location, always very clean, good size for 2 adults 2 kids in a shot vacation. They allowed an early check in.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very well located.

Excellent stay overall. The location is fantastic, very central, right next to the beach.

This hotel was a great find. Not only did it have a great location but the room was modern, comfortable and perfect. Additionally, the staff was very welcoming and attentive, which is always a great plus.

În the heart of the town with nice staff and condortable rooms

Amazing location - you could walk anywhere - old city, boardwalk and even Gros, and felt very safe and quiet even at night. Staff was super kind and helpful with any request, the room was spacious and quiet, and the balcony had a great view of the area.

Spacious, simple, clean and new room. Large bathroom as well. The staff contacted us beforehand to facilitate our entrance (we let ourselves in and out as we came and left very early). Also the free coffee and cakes in the entrance is very kind. Good, quiet location that is 10-15 minutes from old town. Our room had a nice yard view.

The location is extremely convenient if you plan on crawling around the various pintxos bars San Sebastian has to offer. The room itself is no frills but was still comfortable especially for the price. There's also a nice lounge area with some fruits and coffee to hang out in.

Very nice place. Quiet. Efficient and friendly staff. Polite and thoughtful at all times

New modern hotel in historic area close to the beach. Excellent location with countless excellent tapas bars and restaurants steps away from Hotel Atari. As this is San Sebastian, the food scene is the (Michelin) star of the show. Although adjacent to the busy Basílica de Santa Maria del Coro, the excellent sound insulation provided by the glass balcony doors kept the noise outside. The staff were warm and welcoming with a glass of wine offered on arrival. The breakfast choice was first rate.

Location and staff was the best!!

It’s a beautiful hotel. Literally world class. It’s very conveniently situated as well. Classic style and luxury!

I liked every single detail in the hotel. It was comfy as I’m home. I booked the panoramic view room and I just was amazed by the amount of beauty nature of the beach and the little mountains. Plus the hotel has a restaurant with a two Michelin stars.

The staff were great, bar/restaurant overlooking the fab bay, and the location.

Clean and close proximity to the Kursaal and Victoria
