Kudos to Christian, the young man at reception who checked us in. Friendly, cheerful and helpful yet professional. Keep up the good job, Christian. The room was spacious and very clean. It is not far from the Barajas Airport making it convenient for guests who are flying in from overseas. It’s also a short distance to the Chamartin train station and convenient for guests who are taking the train from Madrid to go to other cities in Spain.

Reception staff extremely helpful as were the housekeeping staff. Breakfast buffet presented beautifully with plenty of selection.
