Fantastic location, lovely room and the staff were awesome!!! Traveling as a single female and felt totally safe at all times. The staff went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. Loved the free champagne and macarons… such thoughtful touches.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. The snacks offered during the day was a very nice touch too. Daily replenished soft drinks in the room where very needed too. Rooms had USB outlets on both sides of a bed, which was quite nice, especially because the electric outlets do not necessarily match ones at home.

Loved the location in the Opera district along with the Parisian owned restaurants nearby. Loved the small touches of cookies when we arrived, the water refills, lotions packets in our room and coffee service. The rooms were adequate and the beds very comfortable! The staff was exceptional! Natasha and others went out of their way to help us and ensure all our needs were were met. Taxis, restaurant recommendations, train information- we would definitely stay here again!!
