The location was perfect near the bus station and the underground, the room was big and bright

It was amazing! Great location and VIEWS!!! I wrote an email, asked for something for us, because of our special stay (boyfriends birhtday), and they were so welcoming and nice, and did everything I asked them in thah email. Thank you, we will definetely come back here!

Amazing stay, rooms were nice and huge for London. Huge bathroom as well. Best part is how staff responded when we had to switch our rooms because AC didn't work in ours and we lost a food item in the previous room. Staff emailed after our stay to offer apology when really it's our mistake. Have to say it's great followup.

Great location, close to tower hill tube! Very comfortable bed and very good breakfast! the hotel is located on a very quiet street, a few steps away from the subway, close to the tower hill dock, where we went to enjoy the sun and the fish and chips!

Perfect location only a minute to the tube stations, a lot of restaurants and only a 3 minute walk to tower bridge.

Friendly staff who are always willing to help, great rooms, pay attention to details, the coffee place downstairs, great location.

I liked that the accommodation was along the bus route from the airport, close to the Tube and about 15 minutes from Tower Bridge. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Whatever I needed help with, they were very helpful. I bought breakfast at check-in, and it was very good. We also tried the lunch and dinner menus. The food was perfect. People who do not eat meat or fish can also choose here. The rooms were always nicely cleaned and tidy. The bed was comfortable and big enough to sleep two adults.

Location is perfect for City of London. Room is a little too small - small work desk. Staff are absolutely first-class. Lounge is great, bar is great, prices are great.

room is spotelessly clean. bathroom is spaceous and very clean. the staff are very helpful and kind. the waiters and bartenders at the restaruarnt are very nice too. when my sister didn't like her drink (she has a difficult taste) they replaced it gladly without making us pay. everyone is so nice. i definitely recommend.
