The staff was very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. I didn't have an adapter — they assisted me in resolving this issue, even though it was not part of their duties. Everyone was very kind. The hotel is nice and cozy. The room, bed linen, and shower were all clean and freshly washed every day. There was quite a large breakfast menu selection: from the classic English breakfast to my favorite oatmeal porridge. The coffeew was good. Despite the hotel being close to historic landmarks, the hotel is in a safe and quiet area, which is very important in a busy big city.
