The location. The staff were lovelly, really friendlly and helpful. Room was a good size and nicely decorated. We liked the 'feel' to the hotel. Beds were comfy. We didn't eat on the hotel as had other plans.

The owners Drew & Alison are lovely, warm and welcoming, great hosts. Room was perfect, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Tea/coffee making facilities and mini fridge, also some little sweet treats. Great guest information folder in room. Lovely view of the Holy Loch from room window. Excellent breakfast, fantastic choice of items cooked to perfection. We travelled by car and ferry and it's less than 10 minutes drive from the ferry port. In our opinion Alison & Drew go above and beyond for their guests and we appreciated that. Would definitely recommend and would use again. Thank you both.

This was the best caravan stay I've had! The accommodation was very nice—clean, spacious, and well-maintained. It’s a quiet place surrounded by beautiful nature, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was very lovely and helpful, making us feel welcome. There was no Wi-Fi, but the mobile signal was decent and enough to stay connected when needed. A lovely beach was nearby as well, which made the location even more enjoyable. Overall, it is a great place to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
