Location, facilities, friendly, great service

I liked the pub quiz on Tuesday evening and I am especially grateful for being guided to Herne Hill Station so perfectly because the TFL app does not always know the best or fastest way from one point to another, but I always reached my destination perfectly in time as I followed the advices the staff gave me. Thank you very much for that!

Everything, stunning interiors!

The room was a good size and very charming - nicley fitted out and decorated and with a very comfortable large bed. The bathroom was beautiful.

It was our second stay and we just loved it! We will come again for sure. :)

The staff is very polite and ready to fulfill any request you may have. The location is also amazing. Oval tube station is only 2 minutes walk away. Since I love to walk, even Big Ben is 40 minutes away. The City of London is 11 minutes by tube.

The owner is an honest genuine guy, he helped me out big time when he really didn’t have to. Felt very safe at this property as a female alone in London. The place is exactly as described, a clean and comfortable lie down, yes there is some stairs (2 flights, nothing major for any able bodied person) but this is well advertised when booking. The owner carried my case up the stairs also! A good powerful shower, plenty of space, hot drink facilities in the room, toiletries pack, big fluffy towels was not expecting this given how reasonable the price is for a stay in London.

Excellent hotel. Very convenient location - metro nearby, very cosy area. The hotel itself is located in a very beautiful building with a mini garden. The room is clean, spacious, with all amenities, separate shower room. I will definitely stay here again.

The area is a quiet residential area, but really near to relevant railway and metro stations, and most important to Westminster bridge and London Eye, the room was new and clean and well equipped

The location was a highlight: only 10-15 minutes by bus to the main attractions, with a stop just 2 minutes away. The room was very comfortable—warm and dry. Coffee, tea, and housekeeping were provided daily

Lovely atmosphere created in the main by the staff who were excellent throughout. Special mention to the morning crew who greeted us for breakfast with a smile and lots of chat. The room we stayed in Aldrin was spacious and ideal for our needs for the two nights we stayed there. Convenient overground trains to both Victoria and Blackfriars makes getting into Central London very easy. The pub downstairs is a real plus and there is a great outside space both in the front and back of the bar.

It was in a good location. The reception staff were very friendly and informative. They were also very helpful.

location was fantastic close to Victoria coach station hairdryer, tv and tea and coffee making facilities in the room staff were great and changed the floor because of my elderly mother . This was incredibly helpful!
