The staff were extremely welcoming and very helpful. Our room was very clean and extremely comfortable. One of the nicest stays we have had on our trip to lodon. Two minutes walk to hendon Central Station which made getting around easy. Definitely will be returning.

The crew member Catalina was very kind and solve our issues during our stay inn.

we enjoyed the kettle and the heater in the room and the place was neat and clean. The Staff were always available to help and very friendly staff. We received all the extra help from the team and we are so grateful. it made our stay memorable.

The room size was apropriate. They cleaned and made the bed every day and changed sheets every two days. The batroom and shower were apropriate. The people at reception were professional. At night it was always very silent.

We had a wonderful stay at this unique hotel in London. First, I want to highlight the lady at the reception — an incredibly kind, polite, and helpful person who was always ready to assist with anything we needed. Thank you so much for your warm attitude and support! Our room was exceptionally clean. It’s not too big, but perfectly sufficient for our needs as weekend tourists — it had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Another great advantage is the hotel’s location. It is just a few steps from the Northern Line underground station, which takes you to the city center in about 20 minutes. The area is calm and pleasant, with bakeries, small shops, restaurants, and more nearby. It is also close to a small coach station served by National Express buses, which is very convenient.

Nice hotel with great access to public transportation for London. Room was clean and hotel staff was very helpful and forthcoming. Price was very fair.

The staff were very friendly and efficient. The breakfast was very well prepared, varied and good value. The room was large, comfortable and very dark at night to help with sleep.

The manager was excellent—very helpful and kind. He welcomed me warmly, took the time to translate for me with great patience, and even helped me load my bags into the Uber when I was leaving. I felt truly welcomed and will definitely stay there again.

Mr Demos was very kind to us and the receptionist Yousef helped me and my wife to carry the luggage to the room
