Very friendly and helpful staff! Amazing rain shower, a big comfy bed, and a bonus fridge in the room! We were offered a nice cold glass of cold orange juice (orange squash) on arrival and told to help ourselves throughout our stay, which was a nice touch.

5-Star Review I had an amazing experience at this hotel in London! The staff’s hospitality was outstanding, and the atmosphere was absolutely wonderful. The owner is a remarkable artist who has turned the hotel into a true masterpiece. He handcrafted breathtaking mosaics that can be admired both inside the hotel and in the enchanting Shisha Garden. His ceramic figurines are equally stunning, each one a unique work of art. The mornings were particularly special: the owner personally made us fresh coffee and warm pastries, and we spent time chatting with him. He even shared the stories behind his impressive ceramic creations, which made the experience feel so personal and memorable. To top it off, we had the pleasure of meeting his lovely parrots, who brought so much life and charm to the atmosphere. I cannot recommend this place enough – it’s a true hidden gem in London. If you stay here, you’ll leave with cherished memories and a sense of having experienced something truly unique!

Great location ,modern clean apartments with plenty of amenities close by

It was so cozy and comfortable. I was travelling with my special needs daughter and everyone was very accommodating. David was extremely pleasant and helpful. We just felt very much at home.

The location was great, very handy. The room was decent I slept well so what else can I say. Chloe and Vanessa were great they made our stay so much better we will be back again

The property is located 1 minute walk away from the underground (northern line) and multiple buses. This makes an easy commute to central London.

Extremely accommodating to my needs and ensuring that I feel welcomed. Located very close to a vast number of stores. The train station is also a short walking distance from the hotel. Safe area.

Our room was very comfortable and clean. It had all the amenities we needed. The wifi was good.

The staff in the reception was really helpful. I forgot to ask his name but he helped us carrying our belongings (which was a lot) to the second floor. He also helped us find a temporary storage for our luggages while we’re waiting for our car before we moved out. Wanted to say thank you and good bye when we left, but he was not there when our transport arrived. Very decent hotel, very helpful staff, and good value for money.
