The Bathroom with a tub and not a shower is comfortable, i really appreciated it Soap and shampoo brand available (rituals) is very nice and is a real plus The view over london and the city is super enjoyable

This hotel is beautifully designed and exceptionally clean. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and professional. My room was spacious and stylish, with a contemporary design, a very comfortable king-size bed, loads of storage space and a comfortable seating area. The high-quality furnishings and thoughtful layout made it a relaxing place to stay.

Room is stunning and the bed was super comfy, the breakfast and coffee were delicious also. The location for shopping in the Westfield Shopping Centre was perfect it is literally across the road and it is in a quiet area so there is absolutely no road noise, or aircraft noise heard at all in the room. The television was excellent also, a huge variety of TV channels to choose from.

The location is great to 2 metro lines in walking distance. Easy to reach main tourist spots. The front dest staffs are very friendly and warm welcoming.

I liked it a lot because the staff was very nice the rooms were very clean everything was extraordinary I had a bus stop across the street, I had many shops on the street with the hotel. In conclusion everything was extraordinary!

Location, friendly staff, small, charming. We had the family room with a pullout couch. The room was plenty big but do know that the pullout couch is a small one. Loved that they were dog friendly.

Amazing little hotel. Mara was extremely helpful. The room has everything you need, is clean and well furnished with a comfortable bed. Location is very good with lots of restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Excellent value for money accommodation in a fab’ location. Conveniently located within a short walk of both Hammersmith, Kensington and Shepher’s Bush underground stations, quick direct line to Heathrow and everywhere. The room is basic but comfortable, quiet and has a kettle and hair dryer.

I was in London again with friends for a few days and since my hotel of choice, the Comfotel BLU, where I had stayed the previous two times, was already fully booked, this time I chose its "sister hotel" Comfotel GRN. Some of the existing reviews of this hotel are really appalling, which is why I would like to expressly say here that I CANNOT share these reviews, the complaints and the moaning in any way!! The hotels of the Comfotel group are run with so much passion, care, cleanliness and warmth towards the guests that you actually very rarely find. Super-friendly and courteous staff! The rooms were absolutely spacious enough for us and equipped with everything you need for a short trip. It is particularly worth mentioning that they are COMPLETELY cleaned every day, including bed linen, towels and even the vanity kit (small sealed bag with soap, shampoo, shower gel etc.). It won't be long before I visit there again, and not just because of the relatively low price! Thank you very much, guys! You are awesome! See you soon again!

It was a very lovely hotel. The staff was really friendly and the room had everything I needed. The bed was really comfy and the shower big enough.

Excellent size room with beautiful balcony area overlooking the gardens. Clean, spacious and excellent value for money. Highly recommend.
