Good location and near to underground , good staff, nice breakfast

Great location, super Friendly and helpful staff. Good noise cancelation. Nice big rooms, with all amenities. Really nice smelling body wash etc. Can definitely recommend.

The location is excellent taking only a couple of minutes to walk from Shepherd’s Bush station. The design of the hotel is beautiful, feels like a boutique style despite being part of a chain. The staff were fantastic, so polite and couldn’t do more to help. The bed was very comfortable, room and bathroom very clean with small touches such as a welcome note and chocolate treat. We stayed within the first two weeks of opening and so were the first to stay in our room - there was an issue with the shower that had gone undetected, once we notified reception, they moved us rooms and upgraded us for the inconvenience. The way this was handled by the staff and management was second to none, the service they provided means we will be staying again.

Aranit is the nicest person you could meet. We had to book this room in an emergency late in the evening. He showed us all the available rooms and reassured us all would be OK. He really looked after us in our moment of need....thank you much

It was clean and really comfortable and the staff are nice. The location is also good it’s close to Eventim Apollo and the metro and Hammersmith is a nice and clean area.

The hotel's location, staff, room size, cleanliness, and comfort exceeded my expectations. If I pass through again, I will definitely stay here. Some people mentioned that the breakfast was limited, but in my opinion, it's a standard breakfast. Excellent hotel!

Great location, Tesco and laundry mat so close

It was super clean and we didn't hear any noice from outside so we could sleep very well. The bed was very comfortable.

Couldn't have been more helpful after escaping the Barge in Camden. Clean rooms and hot water.

They were so helpful and quick to answer all our questions. We had a special request and they did their best to solve our problem. Besides that, the location of the hotel is really good.It’s next to a nice and calm park where you can watch people playing tennis and enjoy some relaxing moments. It’s just a 10 minutes walk from Hammersmith underground station. Obviously the hotel is not a 5 star hotel. But you definitely get what you pay for. I don’t think there is a better option in London for that price.

Best option for the price of room. Restaurant, train and bus station everything is at an arm's stretch. Breakfast was delicious as well. Undoubtedly, staff was vigilant, cooperative and outgoing in terms of facilitation. Highly recommended!
