The reception staff were absolutely fabulous! They were incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Even if something wasn’t quite right or didn’t meet my expectations, they acted immediately to make sure I got the best possible stay. Their warm attitude and efficiency made my experience truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Super charming rooms! Very clean and very comfortable. Staff was extremely accommodating when a flight delay took us past the check-in cutoff. Delicious breakfast as well with super nice bar staff. Right on the Picadilly line, great for Heathrow and getting to central London. Perfect hotel.

I think the location-wise was good! I can get to Hammersmith station just around 5-10min depending on your walking speed. There is also a Livat shopping mall just across the hotel (enter using carpark door). TK Maxx also nearby! And also the hotel helped me to store my luggages which got 4 of them! I give the good rate just for those!

This was a wonderful hotel in all possible ways. The room was luxurious and modern. It had everything we needed and more . Like many other have pointed out , George was very professional and kind . The area is nice. The Thames Path to Hammersmith is beautiful as well as Fulham Palace very close to hotel . The guests have access to the private Club at the pier, which is highly recommendable as well as the restaurant Brasserie Constance.

Lovely well appointed room, excellent bathroom, very comfortable large bed. Our bedroom, 715, was at the rear of the hotel & was very quiet. Good breakfast with lots of choice, porridge was very good. Train station almost over the road, we used the underground from T5 with one change via Hammersmith, easy to do but with steps if you have heavy cases (we did)
