amazing location (pretty safe also I would say) with a lot of shops & metro/train station very close. they upgraded our room with no extra cost, which was very nice. this was our second time staying here and we will be coming back for sure because of the location & price. also walking distance to Eventim Apollo, which was very convenient for us because we came for a concert

room is clean and has lots of space. washroom decent size too and clean with lots of towels. location is not city center but the tube is right beside so it takes 30 min to reach city center.

Perfect location for us as we attended an event at the Eventim (Hammersmith) Apollo. Split over two floors it felt spacious and just what we needed. Opposite a tube station and with lots of shops nearby. We struggled initially with the doo code and the agency responded within seconds to my message and it was sorted

The hotel is modern, clean, and well maintained Rooms are comfortable, with very good beds Facilities are good and overall it offers decent value for London Hammersmith is a convenient location, with excellent transport links Very quick and easy access to the Underground to reach central London Plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby Overall, it’s a nice hotel and a good base for visiting London.

We stayed at Seraphine as a family. Te location is perfect, 2 minutes from the Broadway shopping centre that is also Hammersmith tube and bus station. The hotel is easy to locate, next to Primark. The room was clean, modern and quite large for a UK hotel. The bathroom surprised us with floor heating and it was refurbished. We felt great. The breakfast came in a box, it consisted of fresh croissant, cheese, chocolate, an apple, juice.

Everything was just lovely! Staff really helpful and polite. I liked filter coffe available all the time downstairs. Surrounding is really peaceful with good connection from Hammersmith underground station.
