Excellent staff add to the atmosphere in the hotel. Its the people that make the difference: from Tim at the door to Liam in the restaurant to Cristian in the bar. Friendly and helpful at the reception. Cleaning staff very good. It just makes the hotel come even more Alice.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Our room was clean and spacious, with a bathroom featuring both a bathtub and a shower. The soundproofing is excellent – absolutely no noise, which is quite rare in London! We enjoyed a beautiful view of Hyde Park, truly wonderful to wake up to. The staff was extremely professional, attentive, and always helpful, which made our stay even more comfortable. The bar and restaurant located upstairs are of excellent quality, and there is also a bar in the lobby serving great takeaway coffee, perfect before a walk. The location is ideal: just steps away from Lancaster Gate underground station, and only 5 minutes from Paddington Station, which provides direct access to Heathrow Airport. The hotel is also close to the main shopping streets, easily reached on foot or by metro. Overall, a quiet, comfortable, and perfectly located hotel. We would definitely come back!

Very friendly hotel staff, good breakfast. The apartment was very clean with a comfortable bed and had everything you need. The hotel itself is located near Wimbledon, just 5 minutes from the metro station and is well connected to the rest of the city. We will be happy to come back again! :)

The staff were very friendly, the room was a great size, comfortable and the décor was pleasing we stayed in room 112. The shower was lovely. The continental breakfast was nice and filling. The hotel was approximately 5 minutes walk from the Hammersmith station and 9 minutes walk away from the Appollo theatre.

We love this hotel and recommend it for anyone for convenience if getting of at Hammersmith as it is just 2 stops away and right next to the tube station. It's the perfect location for shopping with Westfield 2 minutes down the road. Staff were really friendly and helpful.
