Surprisingly, how many things can fit into a small space (in a good way). The room has a work-friendly area with a fairly large desk, an office chair, and possibly wired internet. There is also a small sofa in the room. The bed is very comfortable and large. The room also has a TV, refrigerator, microwave, and safe to make the stay more pleasant. The staff was very kind. The room also has 2 European power sockets and several UK and USB power outlets.

Aranit is the nicest person you could meet. We had to book this room in an emergency late in the evening. He showed us all the available rooms and reassured us all would be OK. He really looked after us in our moment of need....thank you much

Very nice room with a big bathroom with a safe, mini fridge and lots of storage space. Staff at reception and the bar were very welcoming. Gym is also great. Great location - the hotel is right next to the Hammersmith tube station and bus station, and there are many nice cafes in the area and also the eventim apollo.

The room was very cosy, the bed very comfortable and I loved the design of the room. The staff was very helpfull and the coffee in the pub is very tasty. I would really happily reccomend this place to anyone who doesnt have mobility restrictions, as the room was under the roof.

Great location, reasonably sized room, friendly and helpful staff. The welcome was good and we were "upgraded" from the room we'd booked, so I dread to think what the VFM score would have been in the basic room. Wildly convenient for the Hammersmith Apollo, which was a short bus ride away from just around the corner.
