Superb service Clean and luxurious rooms Shower pressure was superb- possibly best in Britain? Really appreciated after 24 hours of travel from Australia they were able to accommodate us and check us in early.

The hotel is perfectly located. All must sees can be reached via foot and there is no need to use tube if you ate not a fan. ☺️ There were many options at the brealfast so you could choose whatever you like to eat.

I booked the accommodation at the last minute with great doubts. Some reviews were not ok but I didn't have time to search more. We arrived at around 3am and were accommodated very quickly. The room is in the basement with a natural skylight in the ceiling that can be covered (it has an electric blind) and a window that opens into a kind of exterior hallway. The room is very large and everything was IMPECCABLE! Clean, airy and very quiet. you can hear the metro very little, not disturbing at all. The internet works very well. The kitchenette is equipped for 5 people and there are 5 chairs. Clean linen, clean towels, very comfortable beds. No matter where else I go in London and what budget I have, this place will be by far my first choice of accommodation.

I didn’t get her name, but the lady that checked me in was the friendliest person i have ever met. Spent some time trying to explain everything i need ti know about the hotel, area and London in general. Exceeded my expectations, deserves a raise!

It was great experience, I had been there about 8 days, and the was very clean. The location is great so it near the hyde park and center. The staff were super nice and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at Lancaster Court Hotel in Paddington. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. The hotel itself was very comfortable. The rooms were cozy and provided everything we needed to relax after a long day of exploring. One of the best parts was the location — being so close to the metro made it incredibly easy to get to the city center quickly and conveniently. It made sightseeing stress-free and very enjoyable. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and friendly service!

The man in charge of administration was a real delight to talk to and get to know, and to have that closeness as if he were family. The truth is that for my friend and me, for our first time in that place, he was quite warm and welcoming as a person.

During our stay in London, we were extremely satisfied with The Westbourne Hyde Park Hotel. From the very first moment we entered the hotel, we felt the quality and professionalism. Catalina at reception welcomed us with a warm smile, was very kind, and gave us excellent information. We had requested a room on the upper floors, and they gladly accommodated this. This thoughtful attention was a wonderful start to the rest of our stay. As we were three people, we chose a two-bedroom suite, and our room was truly fantastic. The beds were soft and incredibly comfortable. The textiles and towels in the rooms were first quality, brand new, and spotlessly clean. Having a coffee machine, kettle, and kitchen equipment in the room added great comfort. Our room was cleaned daily, our bathroom towels were changed every day, and bottled water in glass bottles was provided daily — these small details truly make a difference. The room temperature was always perfect; we didn’t even need to use the heating. For those who wish to, it can easily be adjusted with the control. The Wi-Fi was both free and very fast, with excellent coverage throughout the hotel. The hotel in general — including the rooms and bathrooms — is brand new and impeccably clean. The shampoo, conditioner, and soap in the bathrooms are from a very well-known and high-quality British brand, which clearly reflects the hotel’s quality standards. The location is simply perfect. The hotel is within just a few minutes’ walk (around 200–300 meters) to the metro, Hyde Park, shopping areas, and restaurants. For London, I can hardly imagine a better location. As a hotel manager in Turkey, I had the chance to evaluate the service quality from a professional perspective as well, and I truly observed near-flawless hotel management. Therefore, I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone. We will definitely choose it again every time we visit London. We would like to sincerely thank Mrs.

Around 4 mins walk from Paddington station All the staff especially Vishnu was very welcoming and helpful during our stay Bed was very comfortable and the AC/heating was easy to adjust

Simple yet comfortable accommodation, very close to the subway. I got a better room and it was very spacious, very clean and although the mattress seamed too firm for me, I slept like a baby. The staff were very friendly too.
