An exceptional, new, and beautiful hotel. The lobby is elegant, the room was gorgeous, and the bed was absolutely outstanding - large, high, and incredibly comfortable. The staff were very polite and helpful. A truly wonderful stay for a weeknd in London.

Location was great - snack bar was really useful and the lady serving was fabulous. Our check in for 10 guests was handled really well... top job!

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Mr.Adrian, who helped us by teaching us a lot about London, which made our stay more enjoyable. We appreciate his hospitality. I was glad that Japanese food was available for breakfast. The restaurants and pubs in the area were also very good. We would definitely stay there again!

What can I say about the reception staff, the cleaning staff during the day and at night, they are always very friendly, very receptive and always ready to listen and help with whatever you need. I am very grateful every time I set foot in the hotel and I highly recommend it.

The hotel is really a gem, old style, very vintage. Side note: the bathroom was not clean.

Great location, comfortable spacey rooms, hotel staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help, excellent bar, restaurant and live entertainment every night! Additionally the hotel has sustainability in mind and offers a green initiative where you can skip housekeeping and they give you vouchers to use on food and drink in the hotel. Really forward thinking with the environment in mind!

We loved everything about this place: The atmosphere was so cosy and luxurious. The decoration of the house has been very meticulously chosen with high standard items. The breakfast was to die for and the overwhole organisation was perfect.
