Despite what have been reviewed by many, personally i found this hotel really great and comfortable for a solo like me. The check-in and check-out processes are very smooth and fast, the staffs are very nice and helpfull, the drink station offered free water and nice coffee. On top of that, the luggage storage facility ease my journey when i need to go out of town. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friend or solo traveller.

We loved our stay. Our room had its own bathroom, plenty of space and was beautifully furnished. After checking in, we were able to go in and out on our own at any time. There was a street food market nearby at lunchtime, a few places to eat in general and it was only a 20-minute walk to the Tower of London. We would always recommend it.

Everything was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean, and the room had everything one could need for a several-day work trip. The hotel is conveniently located near several metro stations and bus stops, in a pleasant and lively neighbourhood. Although my room faced the railway line, the passing trains were not particularly disruptive. I also appreciated having access to complimentary coffee and tea throughout my stay. I would happily stay here again.

Everything was amazing, I could sit in that lobby for hours and never be bored. Our room was beautiful and everyone was so helpful.

The hotel's location is close to several bus and metro lines, making it extremely accessible. There are also plenty of cafés around the hotel. As for the room, the fact that it is air-conditioned and heated is perfect, and the bed was comfortable. The elevator in the hotel is an important feature, and we were pleased with it.
