She is absolutely amazing—kind, professional, and always ready to solve any issue immediately. She really made us feel welcome at the hotel and provided clear and helpful information whenever we had questions. Having staff like Cristina makes a real difference. Great location, modern design, with all the amenities needed. The bar and restaurant areas were warm and enjoyable to spend time in.

The rooms we really lovely and had such a boutique hotel feel to them. It was a huge and very comfortable bed. The staff were really friendly- from the people on the front desk to those in the bar, to the room staff, everyone was helpful and interested.

The room and bathroom was spacious and clean. Staff was incredibly nice and responsive

Rooms were much larger than expected and the staff were awesome, they even stored our luggage for 5 day while we all did a road trip around the UK. Thanks

I recently stayed at the Lily Hotel in London, and it was quite an experience. Upon arrival, I noticed that the curtains were covered in mold, and there was broken glass on the floor. The shower curtain had turned an unpleasant shade of yellow, and to my surprise, there was a dirty pillow tucked away in the closet. The walls between the rooms were incredibly thin, making the entire stay very noisy and far from relaxing. However… because Hinne wasn’t there, it automatically gets a 10/10 from me. A memorable stay for all the wrong—and one very right—reason.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Lodge Hotel Putney. The breakfast was outstanding and the team was genuinely warm and helpful. The location is quite nice too - a fairly quiet area in West London, with good access to the main hotspots via the Underground. There are also restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Overall, we felt very comfortable and well taken care of.

I was told there was no breakfast available as it was new tears day.

Hotel staff was amazing. It's within walking distance to the stadium. Close to public transit, subway, and many restaurants.

The Bathroom with a tub and not a shower is comfortable, i really appreciated it Soap and shampoo brand available (rituals) is very nice and is a real plus The view over london and the city is super enjoyable
