Great clean sheets, the room had a tv, clean towels, hand soap in bathroom, hangers in wardrobe, random door beside bed, laminate flooring, curtains, windows that open, one plug socket, one lamp.

Staff were friendly. Room was clean. Bathroom was modern and spacious Luggage storage was fantastic

The staff were exceptional...especially the staff at breakfast Nadia & Maya.The reception staff were also very good and accommodating.

This was a wonderful hotel in all possible ways. The room was luxurious and modern. It had everything we needed and more . Like many other have pointed out , George was very professional and kind . The area is nice. The Thames Path to Hammersmith is beautiful as well as Fulham Palace very close to hotel . The guests have access to the private Club at the pier, which is highly recommendable as well as the restaurant Brasserie Constance.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and always happy to help, especially Lily, who worked on the breakfast shift.

Great hotel, I had stayed on Christmas Day and it couldn’t be better, very clean, comfortable and spacious room, the restaurant serves a great food, and they have a late night service with pizza which was very helpful. Smoothie check-in, great staff, I would definitely recommend
