Although the hotel is small, that is exactly what makes it so special. It feels incredibly cozy, private, and exclusive. The location is fantastic, in one of the most authentic and colorful neighborhoods of Tbilisi, and almost every major attraction is within walking distance. Having parking right in front of the hotel was also very convenient. The interior design has a beautiful ethnic character and is finished to a very high standard. The rooms are spacious, bright, and very comfortable. The service was exceptional—you hardly noticed the staff because everything was always perfectly taken care of before you even had to ask. Staying here felt unique and memorable.

This is a fairly new hotel in Tbilisi old town, we were welcomed by the couple running the facility. She made us coffee and served khachapuri, explained how they designed the hotel - a lot of attention to details and how it looks. Very kind and flexible plus the room was very spacious and comfy.

Natalie was very friendly and helpful. We contacted her before we arrived if she could arrange a car with driver to take us to verious places for a week, it worked out extremely well. The breakfast was good and the room was comfortable.

I'll start with the amazing service provided by the hotel staff - especially the entire reception team - and a special thank you to Vako. Every request we had was answered immediately, and even when we had a small issue with the room, it was handled professionally and in the best possible way. The Ibis hotel chain is known for its high standards in service, comfort, and design, and Ibis Budget Old City meets all expectations and more. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, and the room, shower, and toilet were very spacious, smartly designed, and easy to use. The breakfast was wonderful and especially delicious, with plenty of everything - fresh, colorful, and served by a friendly, helpful staff. The hotel is new, aesthetic, tastefully designed, calm, and pleasant. The hotel’s café-restaurant is also delicious, offering surprising dishes, warm drinks to lift the spirit, and excellent wines - there’s even kosher wine! The location is incredible! From the hotel, you can walk anywhere in the city, including the synagogue and Chabad House. We want to once again thank the amazing hotel staff for the perfect experience they gave us during our stay.

Location and comfortable rooms

Very clean, the owners are very friendly.

Location is excellent. Central, close to everything. Staff is delightful and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious as well. Our room on the top floor was quiet and clean. The Frida Kahlo decorations are wonderful. Yes as the other reviews have mentioned, there is no elevator but we knew beforehand, it is completely understandable in an older building. We would stay here again.

The location is super nice, right near the city center and very close to bars, cafes and excursions' pick up points. The staff is very nice and helpful. The room itself is neat and comfortable, breakfast is good.

Beautiful place in the heart of the old town

The hotel staff and hospitality is exceptional. They also have an amazing Georgian restaurant and roof top bar with beautiful Tbilisi view. The front desk manager Sally is most kind and friendly host. Stay was very comfortable and felt at home. I shall highly recommend stay at New Terrace Hotel.

The location you can't beat. The room is very comfortable and the bathroom had a large shower and well designed and spotlessly clean as is the bedroom. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. The building is old but has character inside and the rooms are well designed and has a fridge and kettle with tea and sugar.

Everything was wonderful, including the hotel's location, the staff's attentiveness and friendliness, and the overall cleanliness of the room. If we visit again, we will definitely stay at Hotel Sina.

Simple and best, safe place and quiet

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is perfect — right in the city center, making it easy to reach everything nearby. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. The facilities are good and comfortable. A special mention to staff member Irma, who was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended!
