From getting greeted and have my luggage’s taken upstairs by concierge and his immaculant information to a beautifully arranged room that smelled cleanliness to a wonderful meal and amenities!!! Have nothing negative to say about the hotel and staff .They were all implacable!!!!Is all worth your money !!!

I arrived 1am wee hour. The reception was exceptionally warmth and helpful. He came out to greet me and helped me with both my luggages. For someone who had travelled the last 29 hours, this is very comforting when one is far from home and extremely exhausted. He checked me in swiftly and in an orderly fashion briefed me step by step. He even offered to help bring my luggages to outside my room. I thanked him and could managed using the lift. He went beyond what i had experienced considered i had travelled to so many places for work and for leisure. His reception is above the 5 stars hotel. Congratulations to the management for your excellent employee. He should duly be recognized.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and warm. We had a very early flight. They packed us a breakfast box which made the morning smoother. Getting to the airport from the hotel was an easy 7 minute drive. We had 2 rooms and each had a balcony. They have screens for the windows & door. We haven't seen this very often in Europe. Make sure the screen is secure if you leave a windows open.

The location was very close to the airport and I appreciated the shuttle service that was provided free of charge.

With a breathtaking view of the city, Ambassador Hotel is located within a 5 minute drive from Macedonia Airport and 15 minutes from central Thessaloniki. It features a lovely pool area.
