Hotels near Exchange Square, Hong Kong

The hotel’s attentive staff, attention to detail, food and its location.

Excellent management! Amazing stuff members ! U never go wrong with them !!!

Large rooms well decorated, nice people, good small gym and very clean. Perfect location.

Location and rooms are amazing but a little small for the price. But well worth it if you have a short stay in HK.

Loved the location. Very walkable to bars, dining and shopping. The staff was also extremely helpful. Onsite laundry was amazing. Rooms had a very modern, high-quality feel.

The room, the view was stunning! The service was excellent. Special mention goes to Gigi in reservations or was it concierge. A major asset to Shangrila!!!

Friendly welcome and acknowledgement of our occasion

The receptionist waited for me even if i arrived at 2am! The hotel is very close to everything - restaurants, 711, train and bus stations. The hotel also has a really nice lobby with free water and a vending machine for snacks and drinks. They also have a washing machine upstairs. The room size is sufficient specially for the price you pay. The room looks and smells clean. I love that my smart room had a view of the church across the street. The AC works well and so do the hotpot, hairdryer, etc.

Would love to be back at this wonderful hotel. All the luxuries of a bigger hotel and the comforts and care of a smaller attentive establishment as well. Quiet, wonderful safe area - would LOVE to be back !!!

Central location, very friendly and helpful staff, clean, tidy room

it had a bus stop directly infront of the hotel and there was also a free shuttle which was convenient for us. the room was upgraded for free and had a really nice view and very spacious.

Loved this place. Great location and great amenities.

NICE ROOM, HOT WATER SHOWER, CLEAN , CONVENICE TO GO ANYWHERE

I loved everything, the metro is no more of 100m, Dongmen is just beside of the hotel but the rooms are quiet and clean! The whole family loved this hotel, 100% recommended and super clean

This was a great little boutique hotel in a quiet area of Hong Kong. The location was fantastic, and you feel that you are in an area of Hong Kong which is not too touristy. It was a short walk to Sheung Wan station, which made getting around very easy. Additionally, if you are into food, it was surrounded by all manner of eating places. From restaurants serving contemporary Asian cuisine, to tiny hole in the wall places specialising in traditional Cantonese foods (roast meats, wonton noodle soup etc). The Sheung Wan Cooked Food Market was a short walk away, as was one of the best authentic Yum Cha restaurants in Hong Kong. Good Coffee and egg tarts, were a 2 minute walk away. The hotel staff were very welcoming, and the hotel was extremely quiet, and comfortable. Amenities were great, with a coffee machine in each room, and a complimentary "happy hour" every afternoon from 5.30pm in the spacious lounge area. This was the first time I had stayed at the Figo, however for my daughters it was a return visit, and we will definitely stay here on future visits to Hong Kong. Highly recommend!

Fabulous location right in the heart of Hong Kong. Great Bars and restaurants on your doorstep.

Superb location for night life yet not noisy, there are restaurants, bar , boutique shops, transportation hub I will stay again at this hotel and will recommend to friends And their complimentary capsule coffee at check in counter is great And only 2 rooms per floor - highly private

Good location, close to Hong Kong Station.

Epic location just 8 mins from Central MTR. You're in the heart of LKF with the best bars and local food within a 5-10 min walk. Nearby Hollywood Road, Man Mo Temple, and Cat Street are perfect for sightseeing and coffee. The famous Mid-Levels escalators are also right there. We had the19th-floor and views were amazing, and we loved the window seating for city-watching. Staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us. Plus, the Macau ferry terminal is only a 12 min walk away. A super versatile and highly recommended stay. Will 100% come here again !

Emily was an exceptional host and was so helpful throughout our stay.

Very spacious room for HK standards, and was great to have our own floor as we had our 6 weeks old daughter with us. Also very clean and very friendly and attentive staff.

Room was spacious and nice and contemporary and clean. Location to train station and many places to eat

Newly renovated, clean, bright and spacious
