The staff was kind and helpful

The location is close to Miot Hospital, shops and several restaurants. The staff are incredibly friendly, although there are language barriers at times, Fizer on reception has a good level of English and was very attentive. The rooms are well decorated and offer a comfortable night sleep. They have room service and can provide breakfast to the room if you wish

Booked this stay for my interview in virugambakkam. Stay was very pleasent. Thanks to the reception team helping us arranging auto. Breakfast was good and location is close to chandra mall.

The staff is very cooperative and quick in resolving the issue if there’s any.

Prime location , top class hotel

Rooms were great. Breakfast was good with great choices. Indian & Continental were delicious. Staff were brilliant. Door staff, staff at the reception & in the dining area were very helpful and made our stay comfortable & luxurious.

Room structure is ok but room service and daily cleaning not happening

The nature of honor was so polite, no language issue. No extra charge, neat and clean . And the working staff was also very good.

This is my first time to India visiting CTC for business purposes, I preferred this location due to it being close to the airport as well as CTC, As a solo female visiting a place for the first time I felt extremely comfortable as it was a safe and calm environment. The staff were very kind and helpful, guiding me through this new experience. This was also my first time trying indian food it was delicious, they customized the spice level based on my preference. The next time I visit India I will 100% come back to this hotel and I will confidently refer this to any of my friends wanting to visit chennai.
