The room, the breakfast, very close to San Siro te watch the game, the secured parking beside the hotel.

The Hotel was great. The staff were very friendly, helped us with everything. The room was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was a little weird if you go up from the hotel, but if you're going to the city center it's a 40minute walk in a good neighboorhood.

Good service and breakfast. We even managed to quickly organize a small birthday party for our son at the restaurant, for which we are grateful.

Breakfast was excellent and staff very expectional friendly and welcoming.

Excellent range of food options with friendly staff.

We arrived when it was raining and were left outside for quite a while and got drenched. However Marsha made up for it with her services. She was extremely helpful and efficient.

I felt safe and secure on my own. It was quiet and the facilities were trouble free. All the staff were friendly. Very good access from the city center. The M1 Lotto is within walking distance and the train will take you right to the sights in no time, and of course the M4 Portello was convenient to get to the central station. I enjoyed lots of coffee for free in my room. The store was well stocked and I was in the mood for a glass of wine in the evening so I could drink it.

Staff are friendly, room was very nice and clean, and breakfast is good. The location was perfect near in the tramway.

The only decent, relatively central place in Milan where I could get a last minute room during Salone that did not charge exorbitant prices for that. The room was pleasant and cosy and it had a balcony. Towels were changed daily. The staff was kind and professional. Everything went smooth

- great location, close to the tram, supermarket, gym - breakfast was good and had enough choices - room was clean and spacious enough for 2 friends, and amenities like toothbrush, sandals, etc were provided - no kettle in the room, but if you ask they would give you a kettle to keep in the room - staff was friendly

Very friendly and helpful staff. It was in a great location for the San Siro, which is the reason I was there ( within a 20-30 minute walk, depending on your pace). It was also very easy to get to the centre or attractions, as metro( five minutes walk away) took you straight to Duomo and from there you could get to Milano centrale). The room and bathroom had everything you needed for a short stay, only issue with a longer stay would be lack of cooking facilities, however plenty of food places and supermarket nearby)

the staff is professional and helps with problems, I got all the necessary information. for the first time in Milan. near metro. the room is arranged. the parking is a little smaller and is inside the hotel, and you have to pay for it

The stuff was so kind and helpful. They have also upgraded our room, very unexpectedly but so pleasant. Definitely coming back. Everything is very well maintained, new furniture and new the building itself

The hotel fully met my expectations: Good location, Public transport stops were nearby, Good places to eat were also nearby, The room had a large bathroom, A very good breakfast for every taste, Excellent coffee (I especially liked the way the cappuccino was served ;) ) and Extremely nice, professional and friendly staff. I´m very satisfied with the hotel and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have a good experience in Milan!

Amazing place! Very beautiful and clean! Helpful and polite staff! The view of the park is magical! They have a bathtub! Good breakfast! You can come with your pet! Wonderful! 10/10
