Good service and breakfast. We even managed to quickly organize a small birthday party for our son at the restaurant, for which we are grateful.

The Hotel was great. The staff were very friendly, helped us with everything. The room was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was a little weird if you go up from the hotel, but if you're going to the city center it's a 40minute walk in a good neighboorhood.

Everything was great. We had a very pleasant and nice stay at the hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly, room was spacious, clean and modern. Breakfast had everything a breakfast should have. Location of the hotel is also very good as it is pretty close to the centre of the city.

Although it is rated only 2* the hotel is spotless clean! It has AC, we found toothbrushes in the bathroom and slippers for everyone. I liked that the reservation included towls and toiletries, because i personlly find it annoying when these are not offered in the reservation. As i said, spotless clean! The hotel is within walking distance to metro and tram stations, which lead to the city center. The area is quiet, we could rest. Breakfast was also ok, continental buffet, we had options, coffee was also good ! The hotel has a closed parking behind the building, which we booked. We believed the car to be safer there than on the street. All in all, very good experience, i would go again.

Hotel is located in very good and safe part of the town, close to the city center and public transport.

- great location, close to the tram, supermarket, gym - breakfast was good and had enough choices - room was clean and spacious enough for 2 friends, and amenities like toothbrush, sandals, etc were provided - no kettle in the room, but if you ask they would give you a kettle to keep in the room - staff was friendly

The only decent, relatively central place in Milan where I could get a last minute room during Salone that did not charge exorbitant prices for that. The room was pleasant and cosy and it had a balcony. Towels were changed daily. The staff was kind and professional. Everything went smooth

Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly, room was very nice - spacious and comfortable. Very easy public transport to the city center and from the airport

location is good. walking distance to most things. less than 5 minute walk to train station to get back to airport.

It was great value for money, and good for one night stay

The room was spacious and cosy. I usually don't take breakfast so that I didn't eat much. But the variety was good. I had some hams and cheese and a lice of bread. The coffee was excellent. The location of the hotel is rather practical to move to the central. China town is nearby. There is a tram stop nearby.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a problem with electricity in my room and they immediately checked it up and changed my room to a better one. Also a great facility that they offered was the possibility to bring your luggage early before your check-in time and leave it there before your check-out until your flight, which was quite important for me because i wanted to visit the city in the meantime and not carry my luggage around or try to find a locker in the crowded city.
