The staff was incredible, especially that we had problems and we arrived at 1:30 a.m but they welcomed us and checked us in pretty fast. The hotel is very cozy and nice. The room was quite large, the air conditioning was great, bathroom was clean and also quite good. Overall, I recommend in Milan, especially that there's metro 5 minutes away and a great place to eat breakfast near by which was quite cheap compared to the places near Duomo and also very tasty
