I was travelling with my daughters and and triple room met my expectations. it was clean, the temperature in the room was ok. the staff helpful, it is not located very close to main attractions but still we walked everywhere.

An absolutely perfect stay. The property beautifully combines charm and comfort with exquisite attention to detail. A special mention goes to the staff: incredibly professional, remarkably kind, and attentive to every need.

I can only say with delight about this hotel. The city center, security and perfect cleanliness. They work very professionally. I recommend. Donata-Emili Vakkert

Everything was perfect… staff and location also

We lived the location, the staff and all the added extras like evening drinks. It made our stay very enjoyable and welcoming.

We had a room with a terrace. It was every bit as lovely as expected. We enjoyed our breakfast there and ended up spending time in the afternoon, just reading. The room itself was small, but the hotel managed this expectation so we were ok. The shower was great, hot and with good pressure, which is unexpected in such an old building. The layout of the room was well thought through and we had space for our things. The hotel is not easy to find, but we got a message ahead of time to help us with that. The location is unbeatable, right at the very center of Milan. The hotel is pricey but we felt we got the value we were after. To us, the lovely terrace in the center of a busy city was the main selling feature.

The most wonderful hotel in my life! The staff saved our vacation. I found this hotel at the last minute because the place I booked earlier turned out to be a disaster for me. I told everything to this hotel and they helped me check in earlier. They found an amazing room. They took care of everything. They literally saved our vacation. If it is possible to give a hotel 1000 out of 10, this is it. Additionally - super comfortable location, great breakfast and a nice price.

Amazing location, the staff were all so lovely and helpful. Giving great recommendations of places to eat. A gorgeous breakfast with lots of choice. The rooms are lovely, clean and comfortable with no street noise
