Exceptional Hotel, exceptional staff. I come 15-20 yrs now, it feels like home!

I was travelling with my daughters and and triple room met my expectations. it was clean, the temperature in the room was ok. the staff helpful, it is not located very close to main attractions but still we walked everywhere.

Everything was great. We had a very pleasant and nice stay at the hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly, room was spacious, clean and modern. Breakfast had everything a breakfast should have. Location of the hotel is also very good as it is pretty close to the centre of the city.

Location very close to railway station

The hotel is beautiful and the staff were amazing. Holding doors for you and little snacks and cucumber water in the lobby. Close to the metro and walking distance to some nice restaurants. Our room was very large by European standards and the bed was comfy.

The room was spacious and cosy. I usually don't take breakfast so that I didn't eat much. But the variety was good. I had some hams and cheese and a lice of bread. The coffee was excellent. The location of the hotel is rather practical to move to the central. China town is nearby. There is a tram stop nearby.

Lovely hotel and in an amazing location. We stayed here for 5 days while experiencing Milan for the first time. Close to many delicious restaurants, attractions, and shops. What made this stay even better was the staff. Front desk manager Anna and her staff Sebastian and Kiara made the stay even better. Franka the housekeeper was superb. Stay here. Will definitely be back.
