Excellent, seems brand new hotel. Beautifully designed rooms with exzellent Location. Rooms are super quiet. Train Station Right Next to it where you can catch a direct train to Malpensa airport.

I traveled solo. The room was very clean, everything you need. The room had mini fridge . Good location close to the metro station 2 min walk and train station up to 10 min walked ( depending how fast you walking) They stored my luggage after I checked out. Decent breakfast, friendly staff. Good value for the money. Definitely safe location to stay. Will come back.

Mr. Zayed stood out for his respectful and gentle demeanor, while Mr. Diop warmly greeted us and ensured our comfort throughout. Mr. Leronzetto deserves praise for preparing top-quality coffee every morning with a smile. Mr. Luca, also from the front desk team, brought a great spirit and positive energy, and Mr. Samir went above and beyond to assist with any request we had. Mr. Mamadou from the security team was professional and courteous at all times. We also want to sincerely thank Mr. Lkhael, who was incredibly helpful and respectful throughout our stay. Always smiling and ready to assist, he added a wonderful personal touch that made a real difference. From housekeeping, Mrs. Sara was outstanding—her attention to detail and respectful manner left a lovely touch in our room every day. We were generously offered a complimentary upgrade upon check-in, which made our stay even more pleasant. The hotel’s service is undoubtedly high-end; the staff is well-trained, professional, and genuinely kind. The location is excellent—safe, clean, and well-connected by nearby stations. exellent room service warm staff very qualified will be back

I stayed in the hotel only for 1 day, but I enjoyed it a lot. First of all it is located in a vibrant neighbourhood with lots of nice cafes nearby. The interiors of the building itself was a art nouveau masterpiece with prominent details. My room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay and it looked freshly renovated.

Clean and cosy rooms super easy to access and lovely staff were so helpful in organizing our rooms early for us after getting off a long haul flight!
