Amazing hotel and staff , very heart of the city with elegance

Everything from Location, Comfort, Accessibility and most importantly Guest relations was just perfect!

Location is the best in Milano

The hotel is easy to reach by subway or taxi from Milano Centrale. It is modern and very comfortable. Comfortable bed, big bathroom, great breakfast. And if the purpose of your trip is to eat good and sleep well there is no better place to stay. Literally 1 minute from hotel there are 4 restaurants which worth visiting and not even once.

Location was great only few hundert meters from Duomo, still quiet because it was located on side streeet, everything close! Staff was super friendly, specially Karl made extra efforts to find special restaurants and insights for Milan city. Room were very comfortable and in great condition in all aspects. Breakfast also provide high class tasty experience and energetic start for a day!

The overall hospitality was excellent, with a warm greeting from all staff I came across. I particularly liked the personalised note in my room. Can't recommend this highly enough!

Great location. Walking distance to metro and from there easy to get into the centre. Plenty of places to eat. Staff were very friendly and we were lucky enough to get into our room a little earlier. We were supplied with several ( desperately needed ) coffees after our thirty hour journey while we waited when we found out we would likely be able to get into our room within an hour of arriving.

A clean room with all the amenities. The staff were wonderful. They even made sure we didn’t get wet and lent us an umbrella. We will definitely be coming back here

Amazing place with spacious facilities such as a gym. The room was big ans extremely comfortable! The staff was nice, just a PLEISURE!

Quick and friendly welcome, clean. Had everything needed for a short stay. Convenient public transport to the center, or on foot - 10 minutes to the Duomo

Room was great, clean and spacious. My compliments to cleaning lady and breakfast lady as well - she always had a smile on her face and was very welcoming. All staff in hotel were excellent and for next visit to Milan i will come back to this hotel.
