The bed, pillows and the location!

Very friendly and helpful staff and great location! And everyone there was so welcoming! One of the best places i have stayed! And so clean too!

Breakfast v good. The hotel went above and beyond to rectify any problems we had during our stay and I can’t wait to visit again. Mattia was particularly helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. He is a credit to the hotel.

Perfect location near Duomo Perfect staff Perfect breakfast

The location is great and the staff even better.

Location, rooms and service was superb. Thanks a lot to Olena on reception for great service. There is no other choice for us in Milano.

We did not have breakfAST BUT HAD A WONDERFUL DINNER AT Don Carlos .

The calm. The wonderful courtyard garden. And the staff really made it: they were exceptional. Going above and beyond.

Very new and clean! It was a coffe macine and a kettle, tea bags and coffee. There’s a small refrigerator too. Very comfortable if you need your evening tea o morning coffee.

Everything was perfect! No negative comments at all.

Everything was great! Lovely balcony view

Location was very convenient in terms of transportation

Friendly Staff Clean room Quick check in Elton is super helpful and friendly person Nice area 17 min walking from Duomo Close bus and tram stop

The hotel is in a great location, 10 minutes on foot from the bus/train station and 15/20 minutes from the Duomo. The staff is extremely accommodating, attentive, I was allowed an earlier check-in even though I only came to leave my bag (leaving bag until a later check-in is free), the room was clean and beautiful, the breakfast was varied and good, without any complaints. Jako zadovoljana hotelom i osobljem.

Nice aesthetics, beautiful view.

Great location, just a few steps from Duomo. The room was clean and warm. The Staff was very polite. I would stay again at this hotel.

It's a little randown, the smell is old, the room was not soundproof, the AC is too loud, one of the nightlamps didn't work but for this price in the center of Milan one cannot expect more.
