The staff was great, and the location was close to the university, which was perfect for me. The hotel is across the street from the metro station, which brings you downtown in 20 minutes. The restaurant/bar in the lobby is very friendly and nice.

The location of the hotel was good, the metro was super close just opposite the hotel. Room was nice and clean. The staff were friendly and nice! I really recommend the hotel.

Nice place for a short stay in Milano. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Only the doors to the room are too thin. You can hear people walking the corrido. Good location if you travel without a car. The metro station is just a 5-minute walk. Reception is very helpful. Poor breakfast choice, but this is a small place so I can understand that.

I like that the staff Margie and Katherine were both friendly and answered all my questions even before I arrived, during my stay until I left. I felt right at ease. The room was really spacious with a nice big window of a neighborhood view. My room was clean, smelling fresh with white crisp linens. My room smelled good. The bathroom is spacious, too. My room was made up upon my request. This hotel is close to the subway (which is about 5 stations away from the Duomo). The tram station is a few steps away. There's grocery close by, a few bars and restaurants too. It's in a clean and cool neighborhood. I walked from the Milano Centrale Station, dragging my heavy large luggage for 30 mins, and I enjoyed it. Without my luggage, I reached the station in 20 mins or less. Oh, and the breakfast is satisfying. They make fresh coffee each time. Thank you, Hotel Venini. As a hotelier myself, I'm impressed.

The location is excellent, close to everything, perfect, quiet. The right choice. Kudos to the girls who clean the room perfectly. Kudos to the staff and to the receptionists who made me coffee twice a day.

Mainly the rules and regulations of hotels and the onwenr which keep it as is When I revisit Milano I will be in the same hotel with the Owner Mrs.Mira she is so kind assertiveness and looks like a mother I like this women so much I strongly recommend this hotel with lovely Mom Mira to stay for my friends

We stayed here just for the night. We came at about 10. Everything went smoothly. There is breakfast: yoghurt, coffee, juice and croissant. We needed just a stay to have a rest before journey and it was great. Although its about 15 minutes walking from the central station
