Francesco (bartender) and Nicola (receptionist) was awesome, friendly and funny, the whole staff is kind and helpful. Everythin was perfect, the breakfast was delicious. The room was cozy and clean, the hotel is 10 minutes far from M1. We received a welcome drink coupon on our first day.

we loved the lancaster,it was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly. breakfast was very good plenty of choice. the room was small but had everything you need and i say if you are having a good holiday you only need it to sleep. i would definitely recommend the lancaster for a stay and we would use it again.

The location was very convenient for sightseeing shopping and restaurants. The staff were genuinely friendly, the comfort, decor and the hospitality offered were all very welcoming.

The location was perfect. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff were so helpful and kind. Our stay was amazing and we will stay there again on our next visits. Highly recommend!!
