Our flight was canceled, so we arrived a day later at the hotel. Fortunately, they kindly upgraded us to a junior suite, providing us with a wonderful welcome to a trip that didn’t start as we had expected. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. The location is perfect, allowing us to explore the less touristy areas of Milan. We loved our stay at the hotel and would definitely return if we visit Milan again! Thank you 🙂

Everything about our room was very comfortable. Fantastic bed, great pillows, wonderful bathroom with great lighting, spacious shower and plenty of storage space. I loved the high magnification makeup mirror that was at just the right height. I also really appreciated the daily complimentary large bottles of water - including sparkling! They have thought of every little comfort feature that I look for in a hotel room. And what wasn’t there was quickly provided (extra pillows and hangers). Great breakfast buffet. We stayed 6 nights and really loved our stay.

Hotel Lancaster is set in a central but tranquil area of Milan, just a 15-minute walk from the city centre. Each room is air conditioned and has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

The hotel was so reasonably priced and close to the main attractions in Milan. The staff are so accommodating and the breakfast is great!
