The hotel staff members are very polite

We stayed here just for the night. We came at about 10. Everything went smoothly. There is breakfast: yoghurt, coffee, juice and croissant. We needed just a stay to have a rest before journey and it was great. Although its about 15 minutes walking from the central station

New , clean, very polite staff and great customer care.

Great location and value. All was perfect as expected

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my visit. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. The location was perfect—convenient—making it easy to explore the area. Overall, I was very satisfied and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The location is pretty good near the central station...8 min walk and 10 min walk to metro yellow line...5 stations ...and voila u re in Duomo. Everything was clean. Very good staff.

Great location next to a metro stop but in a quiet area. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped. Hotel facilities are as you would expect for a Crowne Plaza but the pool area is the star here. Staff are very pleasant and helpful.
