It's the best hotel in Milan . The staff are so incredible and all the time they make us upgrades and treat us the best.

Breakfast is exceptional and the staff there are exceptional always exceeding our expectations.

It is one of those places that makes you feel at home as soon as you met by the concierge. The first things that impresses is the truly excellent renovation of an insurance company HO. You enter your room and you notice attention to detail. Not only in furniture and fittings but also in small things. Like the crystal glasses on the bed side or the B&O unit or even the leather cases for the TV controls. Service impeccable - from organizing transport to Monza or the airport to making sure the transport actually arrived. Magnificent views of the Mandonina from the roof garden, location in the heart of Milano - if you value tradition with up to date modern facilities truly excellent service and discretion this is the place to stay in Milano

WE ARE VISITING MILANO TWICE A YEAR AND AFTER STAYING IN DIFFERNTS HOTELS IN MILANO WE CAN SAY THAT SO FAR BULGARI HOTEL STAND ABOVE ALL OTHERS. THE GREAT LOCATION, BEAUTIFUL AND ELEGANT DESIGNED BUTIQUE HOTEL. EXCELENT TEAM THAT MADE OUR STAY VERY COASY AND WARM, VERY HELPFUL FOR ANY REQUEST. ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND THE AMBIANT ATMOSPHERE WAS VERY PEACFUL AND RELEXING. WE DEFINITLY COME AGAIN !!

Location is excellent, approx 200m from the Duomo and Emanuelle Shopping Gallery and public transport links such as the underground and trams. Staff were friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast choice and quality was excellent.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly, they let us check in early and were very helpful. It is near the metro, in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood . Amazing value for the money, especially on the heart of Milan ! Would absolutely return !

The lady that welcomed us was very helpful and gave us all the needed information. Upon check out we left the luggages and picked them up later during the day. The room was very clean, comfortable bathroom and bed. Pillows can be higher but overall sleeping was very comfortable. The air condition worked very well.

The hotel is in a great location, 10 minutes on foot from the bus/train station and 15/20 minutes from the Duomo. The staff is extremely accommodating, attentive, I was allowed an earlier check-in even though I only came to leave my bag (leaving bag until a later check-in is free), the room was clean and beautiful, the breakfast was varied and good, without any complaints. Spacious rooms and a lovely location, just a short walk from a few nice restaurants, plus a taxi stand right outside the door – what more do you need for a short stay in the city? The team was super friendly and helpful too. I'll definitely be back.

We were well received and the hotel is placed right in the middle of all relevant sightseeing locations. It was easy to move around and the room was better than what we expected.

The location of the hotel is perfect for sight-seeing. We could see the Duomo from our window. The hotel staff were very welcoming and generously offered a free room upgrade on arrival. The room itself was superb and easily accommodated our party of three. We will definitely choose here again for our next visit to Milan.
