The location was great if you like a neighborhood feel with easy access to transportation to all the sights. The breakfast was fantastic and you could order coffee based drinks throughout or go for the drip coffee. Best part by far was the staff! They were so helpful from check-in to check-out

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed staying at Magville Hotel - the hotel is a true gem of Milan, from the quality of service, staff, very cozy rooms with balconies, to the location itself.

Very close to the main station and to the centre on a very busy street with lots of occasions to drink and eat proper food. The rooms were quite quiet and we slept very well.

The hotel was excellent in every way. From the friendly staffs, clean room and linens, etc... it's also near the public transport stations.

I recently stayed at Lugano Hotel, and I must say that the experience was fantastic. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the cleaning staff. I want to give special mention to Mr. Rubin who went above and beyond to ensure everything was spotless and perfect. He wasn’t only thorough in his work but also incredibly friendly and accommodating. It's clear that he made a significant difference in my stay. I highly recommend this place, especially because of the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by such dedicated staff. Thank you, dear Rubin, for making my stay so memorable!

We liked the amazing comfortable beds; the structure of the room was very well planed, with all the important things in the room: a shower, a sink, a desk with chair, two beds, the little furniture next to beds, a place to lay the bags. The place is quiet. We have a machine with food and coffee inside the building. The guy at the entrance was very nice and told us about the train strike in our leaving day. I would pay more to sleep there so definitely very good quality price ratio.

me and my parents felt welcomed. Once when we missed the hotel, and passed by it, the reception team was kind enough to go outside and let us know that we missed the hotel (as they knew that we were just going for the morning coffee).

Newly refurbed this year and you can tell .. everything looked and felt very new. It was a lovely room and comfy bed. Breakfast was great .. so much choice, and the young lady (Karen) I think she was called .. was on hand, very friendly and happy and was very helpful. We were aware that it is a good long walk to the centre of Milan .. there is another train station 8 mins walk from the hotel which you could use to Milan Centrale.

The staff were extremely helpful and kind. They went above and beyond to assist me when my phone was stolen near the Duomo. They supported me step by step, helped me understand what to do, and made me feel calm and safe in a very stressful situation. Their genuine care and professionalism truly made a difference and turned my stay into a great experience. I am very grateful for their help and highly recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and big. The bathroom was a little bit small but clean and nice. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was 10/10. The location is not too bad. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to the metro station.
