Loved this spot, room was cute and functional - had everything that was needed. Staff were so kind, friendly and welcoming - it felt as though you already knew them. Location was great easy walk to tram and metro station. Breakfast was yummy and coffee was amazing too. I saw a lot of remote workers there to, I'd come back for a working trip there too, great idea!!

Everything. Extremely kind staff. Paul, a gentleman, helped us with any information we needed and even gave us a very pleasant surprise by preparing a cake for my wife who celebrated her birthday on December 8. Both we and our friends who also stayed at the Teco hotel were impressed by this beautiful gesture. Very well positioned hotel, very kind staff and the rooms are spacious and clean. I absolutely loved my stay at WorldHotel Casati 18. I enjoyed it so much that I extended my stay by an extra night, which says everything. The hotel is incredibly classy, with a beautiful design that feels modern yet warm and inviting. I have stayed in a lot of hotels, and this is genuinely one of my favourites. The rooms were excellent for the price point, spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. Breakfast was another highlight. Everything was fresh and delicious, with a great selection that made mornings something to look forward to. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm, stylish, and well cared for, making it a perfect place to relax after exploring Milan. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high quality, stylish hotel with exceptional value.
