Everything was amazing, excellent service and very comfortable amenities. Indeed IQ hotel, very smart, everything for guests. As a hotelier I was impressed.

1. Great services from the 2 ladies (Giula & friend) at the front desk. Both of them provided great Italian products recommendations. 2. Hotel location is near the station (30-35mins slow walk to Duomo) 3. Free welcome drink provided with snack bar in the evening + free coffee/biscuits available near the front desk 4. Housekeeping was good (left our table with our stuff untouched) 5. They have free luggage storage for after you check out or if you have a 2nd booking with them on another date

Excellent service at arrival and throughout our stay. We are very pleased with the location and its comfortable room. The gym facility is very new in the hotel. We also tried the restaurant Acante, and totally enjoyed it. Everything we experienced with the hotel has been excellent and highly recommend it.

I've tried many hotels in Milan, cause I am there frequently and always avoided this one. That was a mistake :) The hotel is really nice, the room is amazing, and most important thing for me - it is quiet there, because overall Milan is quite noisy, but here many rooms face the inner side and you can sleep properly. Breakfast was also good. Simple, but you can find most of the things people eat for breakfast.
