Excellent and attentive service. Special thanks to Farouk, he made sure we had a great stay - helpful, kind and always smiling!

New modern building. Good location. Spacious room with big balcony. Friendly staff, nice small spa.

Everything: Location, staff, beedrom, breakfast quality... loved the stay!

The suite was absolutely amazing! Attention to every detail. I had a wonderful experience!

One of the best hotels in the world and I stay in hundreds of high end hotels a year. The service can’t be topped! The hotel is built in high end quality, restaurant is my favorite in town so far. Will only come here in the future.

Wonderful service, lovely room and has own garden

The staff was very friendly and helpful. A special thank-you to Diego and David at the bar for making our evenings so enjoyable. Excellent service

I was travelling with my daughters and and triple room met my expectations. it was clean, the temperature in the room was ok. the staff helpful, it is not located very close to main attractions but still we walked everywhere.

Everything was great. We had a very pleasant and nice stay at the hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly, room was spacious, clean and modern. Breakfast had everything a breakfast should have. Location of the hotel is also very good as it is pretty close to the centre of the city.

Location is super, Room is very nice, Breakfast - food for all tastes :-) !!!!!!!

Hotel is located in very good and safe part of the town, close to the city center and public transport.

Both the room and the shared bathroom were clean. I requested a quiet room and was given one. The location of the hotel is close to the central station and it has some nice cafes and restaurants around it. It was the perfect stay for day trips from Milano.

Very central to tourist attractions, metro and rail station. Lovely bedrooms and very helpful staff.

The room, the cleanliness, responsiveness and most likely the flexibility given

The hotel is beautiful and the staff were amazing. Holding doors for you and little snacks and cucumber water in the lobby. Close to the metro and walking distance to some nice restaurants. Our room was very large by European standards and the bed was comfy.

Very cooperative & friendly staff cleaning exelaint room amenities was very good completed

Amazing hotel!! We'll definitely go back!!

The room was spacious and cosy. I usually don't take breakfast so that I didn't eat much. But the variety was good. I had some hams and cheese and a lice of bread. The coffee was excellent. The location of the hotel is rather practical to move to the central. China town is nearby. There is a tram stop nearby.

Lovely clean rooms with large twin beds The free bar !

Lovely hotel and in an amazing location. We stayed here for 5 days while experiencing Milan for the first time. Close to many delicious restaurants, attractions, and shops. What made this stay even better was the staff. Front desk manager Anna and her staff Sebastian and Kiara made the stay even better. Franka the housekeeper was superb. Stay here. Will definitely be back.
