Francesco (bartender) and Nicola (receptionist) was awesome, friendly and funny, the whole staff is kind and helpful. Everythin was perfect, the breakfast was delicious. The room was cozy and clean, the hotel is 10 minutes far from M1. We received a welcome drink coupon on our first day.

The hotel is situated just a couple of minutes away from the duomo, so in the heart of Milan! The room (we had the deluxe double) was brilliant, with everything we could have possibly needed and a bit more! plenty of toiletries, bath robes, slippers, coffee/tea,.. The view from our room was also great, as we could see the duomo, which was particularly good at night with it being lit up. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A particularly nice touch was the personal note welcoming us to the property and welcome drinks.
