The rooms were really good, the staff were really, really good. I would say they were the best part of the stay. The food was great. It was amazing, value for money 100%.

In the heart of town very very close to Teattro Alla Scala which was our proirity. The staff were excellent and very kind. I fell on my first night and the bellhops and doormen were extremely helpful getting us a first aid kit. Bravo!

The Manager of the Hotel is an adorable lady who acted like a mom to me for 2 days. It is only a couple minutes walk to the Subway. I highly recommend it for solo travellers. Fresh baked goods every morning and coffee made with love. The bathroom was outside of my room but that was fine it is just one of those things you have to understand about travelling.

The room was very nice and clean. The hotel is located close to the church that has the Last Supper and the Saint Ambrosio metro station. Easy to get to from Malpensa Airport with the Malpensa Express. It has a lovely terrace as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions I had.

The staff were exceptionally kind and engaging. They went out of their way to celebrate a birthday in our group, and our room was always promptly cleaned upon leaving for the day.
