The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The room we rented had a jacuzzi on the balcony that unfortunately did not work. However, the staff was relentless in trying to get it to work for our stay. Even though we were not able to get it to work, the staff did everything in their power to make our stay enjoyable and it more than made up for the jacuzzi. To me, this is was way more important than a jacuzzi.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its exceptional service and attention to detail. During breakfast, the hotel’s young daughter Giorgia went above and beyond by thoughtfully preparing chocolate and almond chocolate when my husband ordered an Americano and I ordered an espresso. Staff member Maria Autonietia was also incredibly kind. The hotel’s elder daughter Silvia, who served as the daytime receptionist, was always friendly and welcoming. The evening receptionist Olga deserves praise for her spot-on recommendations of delicious and reasonably priced local restaurants. The beautifully decorated central garden added to the charm of our stay. We were truly grateful for the wonderful experience.

    The cathedral is beautiful from the outside, and it's worth...

    The cathedral is beautiful from the outside, and it's worth going up to the roofs - the view is breathtaking. Otherwise it's not worth buying the most expensive ticket. You can visit the church for free (quite plain compared to other churches in the city), but the other attractions are not that interesting.

    This place was a perfect location for my two weeks in the City Center. Close to many main attractions, walking distance to most. It's also very close to the bus lines, which I used to get to Mondello and Monreale. It's about 20 mins walk/bus ride from the train station. Though this house is close to the walking district starting at the Palermo Cathedral, you'll be surprised by how quiet it is at night. Wonderful hosts, prompt in responding. Great stay and would come back again!

    The location is wonderful. Across the street from the park Villa Bonanno and then Palazzo dei Normanni and around the corner from Palermo Cathedral. All the other sites in Palermo are walkable from here. The host was super responsive and available. She provided an excellent list of restaurants and made a reservation on our behalf the first night. The beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend if you are visiting Palermo.

    What a lovely apartment! Very spacious, clean and really loved the design..and the ceilings are gorgeous! We stayed 3 nights in April 2025. The bed was very comfortable and the apt was in great walking distance to the Palermo Cathedral (close around the corner), and Royal Palace, Quattro Canti well within walking distrance. The balcony was nice to have coffee in the morning.

    The apartment had the best location, just a few steps away from the Palermo Cathedral, shopping , restaurants, and the iconic Vucciria. It was also a walking distance to the Teatro Massimo. The apartment was immaculate, and the sheets and towels smelled so fresh and clean! Most of all, Virginia was very helpful, a very gracious and kind host. We will recommend this property to our family and friends.

    It is located in a very convenient area directly above via Maqueda, which is a busy street of walking people with restaurants, cafes, and gift shops. Teatro Massimo, Palermo Cathedral, and Quattro Canti only minutes away. Our host, Elisa, was always in contact and very informative. The apartment is functional, the kitchen is equipped to cook, 2 televisions and good wifi internet. You have all the start-up amenities to get you going, soap, etc
