I like that the staff Margie and Katherine were both friendly and answered all my questions even before I arrived, during my stay until I left. I felt right at ease. The room was really spacious with a nice big window of a neighborhood view. My room was clean, smelling fresh with white crisp linens. My room smelled good. The bathroom is spacious, too. My room was made up upon my request. This hotel is close to the subway (which is about 5 stations away from the Duomo). The tram station is a few steps away. There's grocery close by, a few bars and restaurants too. It's in a clean and cool neighborhood. I walked from the Milano Centrale Station, dragging my heavy large luggage for 30 mins, and I enjoyed it. Without my luggage, I reached the station in 20 mins or less. Oh, and the breakfast is satisfying. They make fresh coffee each time. Thank you, Hotel Venini. As a hotelier myself, I'm impressed.

The location is excellent, close to everything, perfect, quiet. The right choice. Kudos to the girls who clean the room perfectly. Kudos to the staff and to the receptionists who made me coffee twice a day.

Nice hotel, great location near Metro station, very convenient when moving around the city by public transportation. Room was very spacious, nice lighting, a lot of mirrors. Staff were lovely and helpful, would recommend staying here!

Friendly staff, close to metro station

Close to metro and clean . Friendly staff. Although it,s 2 star , accomodation was like 4 star , nice garden sitting areas at the back felt like home. Front office manager Miss Neve was outstanding, gave us map ,drown it and even booked the train tickets and taxi for us. Excellent management to please customers with real service . I stayed in 10 different hotels on our trip , their pillows were the best had a good sleep.

The hotel looked very cozy and the room was big. The staff were perfectly polite and helpful 24 hours a day. The breakfast was also great, offering a variety of nice options (including alternatives for lactose intolerant people)

The location was also a big plus, as it was close to the metro, making it easy to explore the city. Unfortunately, we arrived during a metro strike, which made our first day a bit challenging, but everything went smoothly the next day, and we really enjoyed our time. A lovely touch was the welcome gift in our room, which we truly appreciated. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

Specious balcony, very good water pressure in the shower, staff is really friendly and helpful, even helped us get our luggage to the second floor, always offered cold water and coffee. The air conditioner in room is great. Few minutes from metro station.
