The breakfast room on the first floor was excellent. The room size was good, clean, and the location was excellent for the trade fair. Most importantly, the staff was outstanding. Anything you ordered to the room arrived within minutes. We have never seen such amazing service in any hotel. I was especially amazed when my fork dropped in the breakfast room, and within seconds a staff member appeared with a new clean fork. He heard the noise and came immediately. It was amazing to see how well-trained and friendly the staff of this hotel is. The minibar was included in the room price, so there was no extra hassle.

Nice and very kind staff.Always on service.Newborn facility, so all small things which are maybe not perfect with human and nice approach looks like minor issue. If will have need to come in Milano again for sure this hotel will be top priority for booking Regards, Ilko

Excellent location very close to Rho Fiera, which made it very convenient for our visit. The hosts were very kind, calm and welcoming. The rooms were cleaned regularly. The bed linen and towels were also changed frequently, which we really appreciated. Everything was well organized and carefully maintained.

Offering free WiFi throughout, Klima Hotel Milano Fiere is one of the few completely eco-friendly design hotels just outside Milan.

The room was spacious and very clean, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom very clean and spacious - it even had a bathtub and a small make-up mirror. The location was fine, 10 minutes away from the bus station, so the city centre was very accessible. The coffee machine in the room was highly appreciated.
