This hotel is underrated, it should be a 5 stars hotel. Every single thing was great even before we arrive. We were texting them and they very rapid responders. The reception guy was super professional, the room was spacious, the bathroom clean and has SHATAFA 😃. The breakfast was tasty with variables, the coffee aroma was wow. Very highly recommended.

From the minute that we arrived, we were welcomed by staff who readily retrieved our luggage and parked our car in an adjacent lot. Our room was large, very quiet and quite comfortable and the bathroom was verry spacious and lovely with its beautiful tilework and marble sink. Breakfast was served by Allesandro and more than met our expectations. We plan to return when next we travel to Portici.

A beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. Excellently situated for public transport and beside the entrance to Herculaneum. A beautiful terrace to unwind after a hard day of sightseeing.

Hotel is a great stay, staff incredibly friendly including Luigi and Mauro. Shuttle service to the city center was super convenient and appreciated. The hotel restaurants are also fabulous, I recommend the Pizza Doc.
