Our stay at this hotel was just wonderful! From the first day we felt a warm welcome - the staff is very friendly and attentive. They often left us compliments and gave us lots of advice on where to go to get the most out of our vacation. It was a nice bonus that we were even offered aperol and beer as a gift - such little things create a special atmosphere. Special thanks to Francesco at the bar - very nice and friendly, always in a good mood. And also many thanks to Jenna at the reception - sincere, attentive and always ready to help! We will definitely come back here again and recommend it to everyone!

The hotel is beautiful. The service and kindness of everyone is incredible. The room was super comfortable and beautiful, it is a perfume hotel so everything smells delicious. The perfect breakfast.

The hotel was in an excellent location. The staff was incredible friendly, they helpd us all the time we needed. The room was super clean with a comfortable bed. It’s really great after a long walking day in Milan. :) There was a nice view from the room, and the shutter was also great to have. The breakfast was perfect and delicious, a great starting of the day. The hotel is highly recommended for everyone who wants to spend some nice days in Milan.

Everything!!! The staff was very helpful, welcoming and warm! The room was clean and quiet! Breakfast was exceptional! Everything fresh! We are definitely going back to Milano Castello soon! Location was perfect as it was close to main underground stops, bus stops and also to Duomo cathedral and other attractions!
