The Staff is super friendly and happy to help. We had some problems getting a taxi from bus station to the Hotel, we call them and they very kindly resolved it. The breakfast was amazing.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is an easy walk from the train station and all of Ravenna's beautiful churches. This is no doubt the best place to stay in Ravenna and is good value.

Very helpful staff. Gave great recommendations. Small hotel, 18 rooms and we were treated like family. Nice breakfast. 2 minute walk from train station, many restaurants within 10 minutes. Almost all historic sites within 10 minutes of walking.
