Very close to Milano Centrale train station within 5 minute walk. Breakfast included in rate was a great way to start the day. Although the building is older, it is clean and has a few refurbishments. Elevator access to higher floors.

Mr. Leronzetto deserves praise for preparing top-quality coffee every morning with a smile. Mr. Luca, also from the front desk team, brought a great spirit and positive energy, and Mr. Samir went above and beyond to assist with any request we had. Mr. Mamadou from the security team was professional and courteous at all times. We also want to sincerely thank Mr. Lkhael, who was incredibly helpful and respectful throughout our stay. Always smiling and ready to assist, he added a wonderful personal touch that made a real difference. From housekeeping, Mrs. Sara was outstanding—her attention to detail and respectful manner left a lovely touch in our room every day. We were generously offered a complimentary upgrade upon check-in, which made our stay even more pleasant. The hotel’s service is undoubtedly high-end; the staff is well-trained, professional, and genuinely kind. The location is excellent—safe, clean, and well-connected by nearby stations. The hotel also offers thoughtful amenities like luggage scale—small touches that show attention to guest needs. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.
