The room was clean and the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The staff at the hotel is very helpful and friendly.

The location is marvelous as it’s near a tram station which connects you with the whole city (20-30 mins to the city’s center). The staff was really nice and helpful.

Jona was very welcoming and responsive. Even small gestures like croissant and Juice in the morning were very much appreciated, despite it not being mentioned as part of the service during the booking. Everything was perfect!!

The room was clean, the location was extremely convenient, the staff was friendly and helpful. There's good coffee and pizza within 5 minutes of walking, and the train station is right next to it, which was the main reason for choosing it.

I’ve read the ratings before coming here, and personally didn’t experience anything of the negatives. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good enough to keep you going until lunch time. The lady at the breakfast is also very friendly. The rooms are clean, they change the towels and make your bed every day. Easy center access with tram to the Dome. More than perfect for those who come to see Milano for a few days and mainly come to the Hotel to spend the nights. Hope my review is detailed enough to make you choose this place. I’ve been to many Hotels before and this is easily 8.5+ rating in reality in the 3star category.

The location of the hotel was really good. Close to public transportation. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was adequate and good but not very extensive in options.

Fabukous staff! Bravi bravi! I love everything. The room, the bathroom, the bed, breakfast buffet for only 10 euros. Shuttle service to the metro station Molino Dorino. For me the location was perfect because I had to go to the MIND for a Latin Festival.

Nice, quiet location, not far from metro station. The rooms are cozy, and it's really really warm at night. The breakfast is with typical Italian pastry and good coffee.
