Location is right in front of the train station. Spacious room and special eel and rice breakfast offering. Very friendly and helpful staff. Love the onsen offered on the second floor. Generous supply of quality pajamas and toiletries. Top floor also has massage chair and fountain drinks available. Ex TV

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was small, but comfortable and clean. It had all the basic necessities. The breakfast bar was amazing. There was a large selection and a lot of different options. If I visit Hamamatsu again, I'll definitely book this hotel.

The room was very clean, and the staff was super helpful and kind. Very good breakfast. Large comfortable room, great view on the city, amazing location just in the center of everything, one minute away from the train station.

    My mom and I enjoyed this hotel very much! It was our first hotel in Japan and we really enjoyed the hot spring as well as the room! The happy hour was also a huge plus. My mom fell in love with the Sapporo cocktail drink and have been looking for it everywhere in Japan, but can’t seem to find it! We would definitely stay here again! It was a perfect place right outside the Hamamatsu Station, which is convenient for our trip to the Yamaha piano factory.

    Nice cosy hotel. It is an old hotel refurbished. Amenities available at lobby and also drinks nightly. Good buffet breakfast. Room was big for Japan standards. About 15 min walk from Hamamatsu station

    Location is right across the JR Hamamatsu Station. Room is bigger for its hotel class. Excellent coffee, latte, espresso. Excellent breakfast with unagi don. Complimentary draft Asahi beer, wines and liquors in the evening. Excellent value overall. Onsen was a big plus.

    The staff were all really nice and helpful, the location is very convenient (5 min walk from Hamamatsu station), there is a mall and seven/eleven close by, and the japanese-style breakfast was absolutely delicious! If I'd go to Hamamatsu again, I would consider staying here again.

    Location - if you catch JR or Shinkansen at Hamamatsu station with heavy luggages, you can use the lift to access the underpass tunnels outside the northern exit of the station then look for elevator at exit C-4 to go to the hotel.

    I chosen Hotel Sorriso, because it is located close to Hamamatsu Station. I was in Hamamatsu to visit a friend. The staff spoke decent English and were very welcoming! There was a buffet style curry dinner and breakfast in the hotel's dining area, both of which were very delicious, I was surprised by the quality of the food and how well it was presented! There is plenty of shopping and dining nearby.
