When my luggage was delayed in transit from Kyoto, the staff proactively contacted the courier company and ensured it was delivered to my room before I returned. Thanks to their help, I was able to catch my flight on time without any stress. Truly excellent service!

The staff was friendly and when I did not know specific words or phrases they were able to use their English to fill the gap. The room and location were both good and the room was fairly clean.

Rooms are spacious. Very clean and quiet. Privacy assured. Beautiful japanese garden within the hotel. Shopping areas within 7 minutes walk. Shuttle bas provided.

I really love this property. All the necessary amenities are available in this place. It is very comfortable for a petite and small Southeast Asian person like me. However, the toilet size is very small. I really like this place because it is very close to the bus station. I am very satisfied.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful which made for a pleasant welcome after a long travel to the country. The staff were incredibly kind after providing a personal touch since it was one of our birthdays during our stay. The room itself was clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed. The washer/dryer was a little slow but fine if enough time is taken into consideration.

Our stay at this hotel was excellent. The room was spotless, and housekeeping came every day to change our towels and more, which we really appreciated. We were lucky to have a room with a beautiful view of the Tokyo Tower — a wonderful bonus! The service at the front desk was remarkable. The staff were always attentive, kind, and ready to help.
