The staff were friendly and the hotel is conveniently located near Omiya Train Station. We had a short walk to Saitama Super Arena which was great. Check-out could not have been easier. The bed was comfortable.

    Within walking distance from Saitama Shintoshin Station, bus terminal to Narita airport, Cocoon City, Yodobashi Camera, restaurants, etc. The staffs are good in English, friendly and helpful. The room is quite nice as well.

    Only one train stop from Omiya station where we took the Shinkansen the next morning. Was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the beds and the hotel in general. We needed 2 beds in one room which can be hard to find. Was much better value for the money than staying near Tokyo station or even Omiya. Super easy. Very close to the saitama shintoshin station.
