The hotel is still very new, super clean, large rooms by Japan standards, especially the bathroom, amazing view. Nice being able to control the lights from the bed. Aircon was really good. Plenty of power outlets and USB outlets. Very fast wifi. All of the staff were lovely. Location was great on the quieter side of Omiya. It was only a 5 minute walk to Omiya station.

Great location for events at the stadium. Right next to train station for easy access to Tokyo. Lots of restaurants and a convenience store on site. Fantastic breakfast. Super comfy beds with pillows that won't damage your neck. Amazing staff! Thank you! Would stay again.

Informative staff. Comfortable beds. Walking distance to train station. Accidentally booked a smoking room and staff offered to deodorize the room before our arrival. Overall was pleasant and bearable for our entire stay.

    Within walking distance from Saitama Shintoshin Station, bus terminal to Narita airport, Cocoon City, Yodobashi Camera, restaurants, etc. The staffs are good in English, friendly and helpful. The room is quite nice as well.

    Only one train stop from Omiya station where we took the Shinkansen the next morning. Was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the beds and the hotel in general. We needed 2 beds in one room which can be hard to find. Was much better value for the money than staying near Tokyo station or even Omiya. Super easy. Very close to the saitama shintoshin station.
