This hotel exceeded our expectations. The view from the room is phenomenal. The room is spacious and clean. We arrived quite early but the staff had no issues storing our luggage while we went to the beach across the street. I'd say without a doubt that we would spend an entire beach vacation here just to have that view and that proximity to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to friends looking for an easy, comfortable visit to Busan. The location is fantastic—right in the heart a fish market and just a short walk to downtown attractions. Yes, the area outside has that fish market smell, but the rooms themselves were clean, fresh, and quiet. Our kids (ages 6 and 10) had an absolute blast in the pool, which was clean and well-maintained. Just note that the pool is an additional ₩50,000, but for us, it was worth it. Parking ended up being free with our room and was conveniently located just across the street. The staff were very helpful—they met us when we arrived and even showed us to our room. The room had all the amenities we needed, the AC worked perfectly, and the shower had great water pressure. The beds were firm but comfortable, and it was nice to have a true American king-size bed. All in all, it was a clean, convenient, and family-friendly place to stay—we had a great time and would definitely come back!

    The hotel was centrally located yet quiet on the 13th floor, with a direct view of Busan Tower and the city. It’s very close to bus and metro stations, and just across the street from Jagalchi Market. There are also plenty of good places to eat and convenience stores nearby. The staff spoke perfect English, was incredibly helpful, and always cheerful whenever I saw her.

    Very well located hotel right by Nampo station. Also within walking distance to Busan Tower, BIFF square, lots of markets, restaurants and shops. Room was a good size, included a universal adapter and a very large fridge. Despite being located beside many shops and close to a main road, there was surprisingly little issues with noise.

    Amazing high-end hotel at a bargain price! Great location next to Fish Market, Shopping area and Busan Tower, just across the bridge. Super modern hotel with great view from the room. Good service. The only thing missing - Wi-Fi coverage in our room was unstable.

    I enjoyed everything. The cleaning schedule was nice. They changed the towels everyday (and a good point is that they have big towels too, in comparison to other hotels). The room and bathroom were very clean. We also could do laundry for free. The hotel is in placed conveniently, next to many restaurants and shops and even to the Busan Tower. The caffe from downstairs has great coffee and we went there every morning. We will surely return in the future.

    Clean and well equipped hotel/room. The room and bathroom was spacious and very clean. Very modern interior. The staff were super friendly and attentive. Felt really safe and happy at this hotel.     It locates at good location, near church, museum, Busan Tower, downtown, Lotte Dept Store and food street. The lady is super nice and helpful, when you have questions and ask via Booking chatbox, she came immediately. She helped me to call local taxi to airport. I was given postcard of Busan too.

    Location is at foot of stairs to Busan Tower and close to Subway and buses. Also walking distance to Biff Square and Jagalchi Fish Market with lots of eating places and shops. Host is very kind and friendly, treat you like a family member and giving recommendations of places to eat in the area. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable with real shower. Very good value for the area.

    Amazing location, a 5 minute walk to the fish market, the BIFF square, shopping streets, the Busan Tower, etc. etc. etc. The hotel provided great instructions so the building was easy to find (close to the train station and many buses). Check-in process was smooth. The room is beautifully decorated and boasts lovely views to the sea. Restroom was really clean and the shower was spa-like! We used the laundry machine a ton which was a life saver! This hotel is an incredible value. I would recommend, and would stay here if I visit Busan again!
